LandScience was established in May 1998. We serve public and private clients throughout the United States and significant areas of the Caribbean. The company and staff are dedicated to our mission:

Land Science is licensed by the State of Florida and is one of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Qualified Contractors (ID #00589) approved for assessing and remediating properties impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons. LandScience carries multi-million dollar professional liability insurance and is ready to help you today and in the future.

Robert Ludicke

President/Owner

Mr. Ludicke is a Registered Environmental Professional #5985 and Registered Environmental Manager #12093, who has over 34 years of environmental consulting experience.

Allison Ludicke

Chief Financial Officer

Allison has extensive experience in marketing, recruiting, accounting, purchasing, and management. She currently is responsible for all financial aspects of LandScience.

Mauricio Pagés

Director of Operations, Professional Geologist, PG

Mr. Pagés is the Director of Operations and Professional Geologist for LandScience. Mr. Pagés has over 23 years of environmental consulting experience. Over his career, Mr. Pagés has worked closely with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) becoming knowledgeable of their protocol, policies, and regulations, conducting Emergency Response activities for the FDOT District IV and Turnpike Enterprise. Mr. Pagés has also worked closely with the local and State regulatory agencies conducting numerous Phase I/Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Source Removals, Storage Tank Closure Assessments, Contamination Assessments, and Vapor Intrusion Surveys and Mitigation for petroleum products and other hazardous chemicals under Chapter 62-780 and Chapter 62-761 of the Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.). In addition, Mr. Pagés has been involved with numerous air sparge/soil vapor extraction systems (e.g., active remediation) throughout the State of Florida, managing said projects through completion.
